Fit Radio is a free iPhone application that offers a wide variety of music and coaching for a better fitness experience. The app's main feature is the over 100 chart-topping DJs who create mixes specifically for workouts, which maintain a consistent and energetic tempo to help the user get the most out of their sweat session. The songs are specially selected and arranged to keep the user motivated throughout their workout, and the DJs throw in surprises along the way to keep them guessing.
In addition to the music, Fit Radio also offers Cardio Coaching, where a coach guides the user through their cardio session, inspires positive self-talk, and makes them feel excited to hit their runner's high. The app also has video-guided strength training that can be paired with the user's favorite music. Fit Radio is now available on Apple Watch, which allows users to take their music with them and leave their phone behind. Fit Radio Premium is also available for a monthly, quarterly, or yearly fee, which offers additional features and content.
